98 days and counting
This morning my weight was 135.6, which makes my BMI 23.3.
I'm tired today. Yawning towards the end of the work day. It's going to be tough when I try to switch from some coffee and earl grey tea to just tea and eventually work down to green tea.
I came home ravenous from work and ate too much too fast. Didn't give my body enough time to acknowledge the food that I had eaten before eating more. A little bit of craving for binging. Trying to calm the anxious feelings from work. The anxious feelings feel like high strung feelings. Like hyper but even though feeling tired and worn out.
This morning I woke up a bit dragging, but at least got out of bed a little earlier. Had "usual" green smoothie while doing morning pages and journal writing. Throughout the work day I had my "usual" oatmeal, two bananas, a container of pre-made spicey tomato, napa cabbage, shitake mushroom, tofu, and carrot soup (I forgot to list the carrots yesterday). I also had a container of another dish I made and froze a couple weeks ago with broccoli and maybe potatoes and soy milk (I don't really remember what I put in that batch at this point). Then, when I got home, feeling ravenous, I had a container of the pre-made corn, peas, green beans, chickpea, and cauliflower stew. Then... instead of just stopping there... after I topped that off with three (3) dates... I had maybe about 1/3 cup of raw pistachios and several handfuls of mixed nuts and seeds (that tasted kina weird for some reason)... and, one more date. Oh, and I think four (4) small dried apricots...
I didn't get myself out early enough to get a walk in before work but I did do 12 sun salutations, some stomach crunches, some arm exercises with kettle bells, and some squats with kettle bell. I definitely need to get the resistance training back in as I get older, definitely losing strength.
Excited today though because I had a bit of a buying cookbooks on sale splurge and a bunch came in today :) Can't wait! I love having lots of options!
