97 days

Day 97. 

This morning my weight was 135.4, which makes my BMI 23.2.

Woke up tired. Didn't go walking and just spent more time journaling in the morning before work. Today did "usual" green smoothie, container of previously made soup, container of previously made broccoli potato chowder type dish, and "usual" oatmeal. Cup of cold brew with homemade choco soy milk. Earl grey tea, no sweetener. I forgot to bring bananas today. But, not as ravenous when I got home from work today. At home for dinner time I had a cup of reheated butternut squash only flavored with cinnamon. If you get a really good butternut squash, honestly if you like butternut squash, it doesn't need any seasoning but cinnamon can be nice touch. After butternut squash I made some popcorn with a little sprinkle of nutritional yeast and a couple medjool dates. I found this awesome microwave popcorn popper. No old, no nothing, just pops perfectly, at least in my microwave. I love it. I tried one of those glass microwave air poppers, but I always overfilled it and burned the popcorn. This one in the picture, is awesome. I haven't burned popcorn yet with this thing. It makes awesome popcorn, which I find is a really great binge type treat that's filling and I find satisfying, even without any salt or pepper or oil or nothing. I haven't used oil in cooking in I think almost a year, maybe two. I haven't cooked with oil in a long time.
